Plot summary
Fenton Meeks (Matthew McConaughey) shows higher at a police headquarters to inform a detective (Powers Boothe) that his brother Adam is the notorious “God's Hands� serial killer. When the detective probes for supplementary principles a shocking story unfolds of the distressful childhood of the 2 brothers & their unknown relationship sustaining their father.
